Taking care of health is very important for person life. I think there are some ways we can follow to keep healthy.
Good physical health is an essential thing for us. We should exercise three to for times we can play sport like running, summing or walking Also eating healthy food is necessary. We should eat more vegetables and fruit and avoid fast food. Mental health is another significant issue. It is very important to avoid anxiety and stress. People need time to relax and get away from their work. They need to do what they like and make them happy. Money is not the only way for happiness. we should spend time visiting friends, and doing interesting things like reading books and watching movies. All these ways are very helpful to have good health and life.
